Artist manager, producer and cultural manager.
She dedicates her work to support emerging artists in developing their career, finding collaborators, funding, presentation opportunities locally and internationally. She holds a Management degree from Corvinus University Budapest, a Marketing Master degree from VU University Amsterdam and worked as the COO of Style Communications branding agency in Budapest for 3 years.
She has been working in the performing arts sector since 2016, with a strong international focus. Her mission is to improve the precarious situation of Hungarian emerging artists and cultural workers, and improve their access to international funding and markets. She works with individual artists and art collectives, such as Beatrix Simkó (https://simkobeatrix.hu/) and Ladder Art Company (www.ladderartcompany.com).
Besides, she is co-curator of Hungary L!ve Festival, whose latest edition was organised at HERE Arts Center in New York in May 2022. She’s also been involved in several international networks and programs, such as Tandem Europe, IETM, Bosch Alumni Network, Visegrad Grant projects, Erasmus+. In 2021 she became a CEC ArtsLink fellow and was hosted by Movement Research in 2022 for a 7-week residency. During her residency she was exploring different managerial approaches, fundraising strategies, organization structures, and the means to successfully engage with audiences, partners and communities.
In 2019 she was selected in the SuSy Cultural Management program of Workshop Foundation and has been working in close collaboration with them ever since, partly through strategic consultations and joint thinking with Gergely Talló director. From January 2023 Brigitta took over the project management of Life Long Burning Creative Europe project from WSF’s side. Currently Brigitta is developing a project collaboratively with WSF, aiming to improve the management capacity for emerging artists in the sector.
She has been working as a producer and production manager of Ladder Art Company since 2018, and is the project manager of the International Theatre Workshop Forum.

After graduating at the University of Theatre and Film Arts, Budapest (BA and MA in Acting), he worked as an actor on a wide variety of performance styles in Hungary, then moved to London and studied actor training at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (MA Actor Training and Coaching). Spending 3 years in France, he worked with Leandre Ribera, world-famous catalan clown, and attended several actor training workshops and courses in Europe and the US.
In 2016 he founded Ladder Art Company, and started his own work creating physical theatre performances as a director, performer, and circus practitioner. He is also a teacher and researcher of psycho-physical theatre approaches with an emphasis of Jerzy Grotowski and Michael Chekhov.

Gábor graduated as an actor and acting teacher at the University of Arts in Tîrgu-Mureș, Romania in 2017. He is a member of the International Suzuki Company of Toga and ambassador of the SITI ANA Program. He had the scholarship position in the Scholarship Program 2018-2021 of the Hungarian Academy of Arts and he received the Alumni Scholarship also in 2021. In 2022 he has got his doctoral degree with Summa Cum Laude. Between 2020 and 2023 he worked as an assistant teacher at the University of Babeş-Bolyai at Cluj-Napoca, Romania from 2023 he is a lecturer at the Hungarian Theatre and Film Department.
