Cancellation policy

By the registration for the International Theatre Workshop Forum, you accept our cancellation policy as well.
We have limited access to our programmes and all registered applicants are very important to us!

Cancellation by the participants:
Please note that after paying the workshop fee(s) you will not be able to cancel your registration, and we will not be able to refund the workshop fee(s).

Exemption from this is only if the cancellation is due to any vis maior situation – such as health issues, infection of COVID-19 and being a direct contact person of someone infected by COVID-19.

In case you need to cancel your registration due to such reasons, please send an email as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and supporting our work with your cooperation by informing us in case of cancellation. We will maintain a waiting list for the case of such cancellations.

Cancellation of the program due to COVID-19:
In case of cancellation of the International Theatre Workshop Forum due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the registration fees will be fully refunded.

In case the event needs to be paused due to COVID-19 pandemic safety measures, the registration cost will be proportionately refunded based on the number of hours of the already realised and remaining programme.

However, at the moment we believe we can make the event happen in accordance with the actual regulations and our safety protocol.
