We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all our participants, casual and freelance workers, volunteers and everybody who comes into contact with us, both physically and virtually (online).

This Privacy Statement relates to the use of any personal information provided to us online or via application forms, telephone, email exchange, letters or correspondence.

Ladder Art Company’s website occasionally contains hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These third party websites have their own privacy policies, and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party websites and your use of such websites is at your own risk.

When you participate in or sign up to any of Ladder Art Company’s workshops or events, online content (such as application forms, online giving feedback, etc.) we may collect and store personal information about you. This can consist of information such as your name, email address, postal address, mobile number and date of birth, and your professional curriculum vitae depending on how you are engaging with us. By submitting your details, you permit us to provide you with the products or services that you have selected.

The information provided in the application form will only be shared with the workshop leaders for the purpose of selection of participants among the applicants. Ladder Art Company does NOT share your personal information with any other parties. We do NOT sell your data, and neither do we buy data from third parties.

For the completion of online payments, you have to use online transfer via your bank.

No payment details (credit card or bank details) are entered and saved via our website.

  1. Filming and Photography

During our events, we may record and/or photograph events for live streaming online or repurposing in digital e.g. on our website, on our social media platforms. This will be for the purpose of promoting services and events. We maintain copyright and any other intellectual property in photographs taken and/or in digitised recordings belong to Ladder Art Company.

In return for access to our event, you consent to any such filming, photography and/or live streaming and to Ladder Art Company in reproducing and publishing these materials relating to the event and/or for the purposes of publicising the services of Ladder Art Company.

Photos and recordings contain personal data and will be protected and disposed of securely in accordance with data protection legislation.
